If you've ever suffered from Imposter Syndrome, you'll know how debilitating it can be. But once you're aware that what you're experiencing it pretty common, what's next?

Realising that no matter what, you just have to keep on going, just live your own life! You may never get over these feelings of fraud (sorry!), you just have to keep on going.

If you do suffer with feeling like you're not worthy of praise, by the way, we just want to take a moment to tell you - you're not alone, and you are worthy. It's important to talk to someone, try and put what you're feeling into words. It may not fix the problem, but you may find out (as we did) that you're not alone. xxx
